The GM, Payments & Product Partnerships is a critical role at the front line of MoneyGram's digital transformation. The vision for MoneyGram's direct to consumer business (MGO) is to help global families stay connected and achieve their financial goals with the industry's most trusted financial services. We do this by helping international earners take pride in making the most of the support they offer by facilitating smart financial decisions and eliminating the hassles of managing their money.

Inspired by this mission, the successful candidate in this role will be the business owner of MoneyGram's payment processing and account deposit capabilities and all partner-driven product enhancements for our consumer direct business. Reporting to our Chief Digital Officer, this individual will be responsible for MoneyGram's payment processing P&L, managing and reducing transactions costs, as well as managing relationships with our key partnerships to ensure contractual obligations and SLA standards are met. This role will also have P&L responsibility for all partner-delivered consumer products, like the Wallet product (digital account/ debit card) and developing a robust ecosystem of partner services that will increase the lifetime value of our users. This is a key pillar of our long-term strategy.

This individual will act as a key functional expert across internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategy execution across the organization and will have responsibility for building the team to achieve our objectives.

The GM, MoneyGram for Business will have a critical role in the continued digital transformation of the storied MoneyGram brand. This individual will lead the effort to build the digital B2B business for MoneyGram, consisting of API-enabled Digital agent relationships and B2C disbursement relationships that leverage MoneyGram's unparalleled global network and reach across 190+ countries.

This role reports to the Chief Digital Officer and will have a commercial team focused on signing new partnerships and expanding existing B2B relationships. This role also has dotted line responsibility to direct the product roadmap for the B2B business and B2B marketing. This role has true P&L responsibility, with a key focus on revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a proven commercial leader, capable of driving an enterprise B2B pipeline, and will be equally comfortable working closely with Product and Marketing colleagues. The successful candidate will come with an established network in Fintech and Payments that will support their efforts form Day 1.

The GM, MoneyGram Online (MGO) International is a critical role at the front line of MoneyGram's digital transformation. The vision for MoneyGram's direct to consumer business (MGO) is to help global families stay connected and achieve their financial goals with the industry's most trusted financial services. We do this by helping international earners take pride in making the most of the support they offer by facilitating smart financial decisions and eliminating the hassles of managing their money.

Inspired by this mission, the successful candidate in this role will be the business owner of MoneyGram's branded International apps and websites. Currently live in 38 countries and representing a third of all MGO revenue, the MGO international business is a critical driver of growth for the future.

Reporting to our Chief Digital Officer, this individual will be responsible for the MGO international P&L, directing the product roadmap as well as our international marketing investments. Our MGO apps and websites are a combination of owned properties and branded partner properties, so proficiency with partner selection, negotiation and management will be important as well.

This individual will act as the key business owner, coordinating across internal stakeholders to ensure strategy execution across the organization, and will work very closely with the Chief Digital Officer.
